As of September 20, 2024, our Leominster Twin City Plaza branch is closed. We will be moving to a new location in the Leominster that will fit the growing needs of our community and allow us to provide the best possible member experience. We are committed to serving our members in the Leominster and Fitchburg area and appreciate your understanding during this transition. Thank you for your membership and we look forward to serving you in new and improved ways!
Q- Why did the Leominster Twin City branch close?
A- As part of our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible member experience, we needed to create a more spacious and modern environment featuring traditional and self-service options within the branch, as well as ample parking and a redesigned drive-thru. Twin City Plaza could no longer support our member needs.

A-During this transition, we will continue to offer a multitude of options to serve all your banking needs.

Q-Where is the temporary branch and when will it be opening?
A- We are currently evaluating multiple locations in Leominster to install a temporary branch. We will share details about a new location and opening date as soon as they are available.
Q-What will happen to my accounts?
A-The Twin City branch closing will not affect your accounts. All active accounts will remain fully accessible via our online banking platform, mobile app, ATMs, and all other branch locations.
