How to Make a Loan Payment

It’s now even easier to make a loan payment with online or mobile banking. Give it a try: pay from an external account, pay with a debit card*, or pay from a Workers account.

Option 1: Pay from an External Account

Desktop

1. Sign in to online banking.
2. Click Pay your loan in the main navigation bar.
3. Click Pay from External Bank Account.
4. Select the From account and the Pay Loan account from the drop-down menus. If you need to setup an external account, click Add an account to the right and follow the prompts.
5. Enter the amount and select the date you would like to initiate the payment on. To setup a recurring payment check the Repeat box.
6. Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
7. Click Submit.
8. Save your confirmation number.

Mobile

1. Sign in to your mobile app.
2. Go to the More menu.
3. Tap Pay your Loan.
4. Tap I want to.
5. Select Make Payment from the drop-down menu.
6. Tap Pay from External Bank Account. If you need to setup an external account, click Add an account on the prior screen.
7. Select Pay From account and Pay Loan account.
8. Enter amount and select the date you would like to initiate the payment on. To setup a recurring payment check the Repeat box.
9. Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
10. Tap Continue to proceed.
11. Review payment and tap Make Payment.

Option 2: Pay from a Workers Account

Desktop

1. Sign in to online banking.
2. Click Pay your loan in the main navigation bar.
3. Click Pay from Workers CU Account.
4. Select the From account and To account.
5. Select the date. To setup a recurring payment check the Repeat box.
6. Enter amount.
7. Click Make transfer.

Mobile

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Go to Transfers.
3. Select the From account and To account.
4. Enter amount.
5. Tap Make transfer.

Option 3: Pay with a Debit Card*

Desktop

1. Sign in to online banking.
2. Click Pay your loan in the main navigation bar.
3. Click Pay with a Debit Card.
4. Select the appropriate loan from the dropdown.
5. Enter amount.
6. Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
7. Click Continue.
8. Fill out your card information and click Submit.
   

Mobile

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Go to the More menu.
3. Tap Pay your Loan.
4. Tap I want to.
5. Select Make Payment from the drop-down menu.
6. Tap Pay with Debit Card.
7. Select the appropriate loan from the dropdown.
8. Enter amount.
9. Read and then agree to the Terms & Conditions.
10. Click Continue.
11. Fill out your card information and click Submit.
